Thin Mints

2 bags white chocolate chips

1 one oz. bottle peppermint flavoring

1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

a few drops green food coloring

1 pkg. almond bark dipping chocolate

Melt chips in microwave. Stir until smooth. Add milk, food coloring, and flavoring. Stir until smooth. Spray miniature muffin tins with food spray. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into muffin tins. Chill until firm. Melt chocolate in microwave. Stir until smooth. Dip candy in chocolate and allow to dry on waxed paper. I use the minature muffin tins from Pampered Chef to make these.

I finally got to try these, they were great! Very easy and turned out awsome. THis recipe is fail proof.
I made them and took them to work and they were gone in mins.
